Paul is a fintech founder and seasoned executive with a proven track record in building and scaling fintech businesses. Over the past five years, he successfully launched and grew Nota, a fintech startup within one of the largest banks, driving it from zero to eight figures in revenue. At Finastra, a leading enterprise fintech, he led the payments business, managing global product teams and overseeing nine figures in recurring revenue.Starting his career as a software engineer, Paul quickly advanced to technical product and program management and, following his Wharton MBA, took on leadership roles in the tech industry in Silicon Valley. Paul’s experience spans the dynamic ecosystems of NYC and Silicon Valley, where he has built and led successful fintech products from inception to significant revenue milestones.As a leader of leaders, Paul specializes in shareholder value creation by developing and executing robust product roadmaps, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing talent.
