Hermann is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EquityPitcher Ventures, a venture capital company based in Zürich, Switzerland, and Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein.At the age of 22, after graduating from high school with a degree in business administration and training in wholesale and foreign trade, Hermann founded his first e-commerce company. He has been active in the start-up scene since 2006 and has served as the head of venture capital units at a Swiss family office and investment company before founding EquityPitcher Ventures in 2016.In 2020/2021, Hermann deepened his theoretical knowledge by becoming a "Certified Private Equity Analyst" at the TUM School of Management in Munich. Since 2020, he has been a guest lecturer in the Master's programme "Entrepreneurial Finance" at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and serves as a jury member for two leading Swiss startup funding foundations, Venture Kick and >>venture>>.
