Herman is the CEO of Jenike & Johanson, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience in global industrial technologies, engineering, and corporate growth. Under his leadership, the firm has strengthened its position as a global authority in bulk solids science, testing more than 19,000 materials and delivering complex engineering projects worldwide. His technical background includes multiple U.S. patents, published research, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from WPI, and an MBA from Babson College.

Beyond his industry experience, Herman has spent decades supporting and leading the Armenian diaspora, including serving as a Board Member of the Armenian Assembly of America.

As an angel investor with STAN, Herman combines deep-tech and industrial expertise with a strong commitment to the Armenian community, helping founders navigate engineering, commercialization, and global growth.
